1- I am researching a large kind of hotel, Gym,.. a building not too complex,

simple and well built. It can be 6 to 7 stories even more but helpful for the neighborhood.

  1. Will your hotel have a specific theme/ Is it gong to be a boutique hotel, or just a general hotel? How can you make this a unique place to entice visitors to stay here?

  2. From what I understood from your answers your main specialty for your future hotel will be its gym? if so, what is your target audience, purpose, attraction point? How are these structures (case studies) helping you with your future goals? I would like to hear more about your program elements, they should get more specific as your design progress evolves, but it would help you lay out more ideas, goals so that you can direct your design and research towards that. Good luck! I'm looking forward to seeing your progress !
